##### Les MOOCs de l'Académie NR sont-ils gratuits ?
Oui, l'accès aux quatre MOOCs est gratuit. Le certificat de connaissances du MOOC Numérique Responsable fait l'objet d'un examen et d'une inscription distincts, avec ses propres conditions et tarifs.

##### Combien de temps faut-il pour suivre chaque formation ?
Comptez environ 30 minutes pour la sensibilisation, 4 h 30 pour la formation complète au numérique responsable (14 modules), 1 h 30 pour la conception responsable (10 modules vidéo) et 1 heure pour l'IA responsable. Les cours se suivent à votre rythme.

##### Dans quelles langues les MOOCs sont-ils disponibles ?
La sensibilisation, la formation complète et l'IA responsable sont disponibles en français, anglais et néerlandais. La conception responsable est disponible en français ; ses versions anglaise et néerlandaise sont en préparation.

##### Peut-on obtenir un certificat ?
Oui, à l'issue du MOOC Numérique Responsable. Le certificat de connaissances est un QCM en ligne de 40 questions en 40 minutes, avec un score requis de 72,5 %, délivré par l'INR en partenariat avec La Rochelle Université. Le MOOC IA Responsable donne une attestation de suivi, distincte de ce certificat.

##### Par quel MOOC commencer ?
Pour une première découverte, commencez par la sensibilisation de 30 minutes. Pour approfondir, suivez la formation complète.

##### Peut-on déployer les MOOCs dans son organisation ?
Les membres de l'INR ont accès aux fichiers SCORM des MOOCs pour les déployer dans leur organisation. Pour obtenir les fichiers, écrivez à formation@institutnr.org.

Suivez l'ensemble des modules du MOOC Numérique Responsable et révisez bien le contenu avant de vous inscrire à la session de certification.

Les sessions se déroulent les 2èmes et 3èmes semaines de chaque mois. Une session = 15 jours pour passer l'examen quand vous voulez (24h/24, 7j/7).

Réservez votre session et effectuez le paiement via Hello Asso. Pour les groupes (5 candidats+), envoyez la liste à formation@institutnr.org.

##### Recevoir l'accès ManagExam
Quelques jours avant la session, vous recevrez un e-mail de connexion de ManagExam avec votre mot de passe provisoire. Vérifiez vos spams !

##### Passer l'examen
40 minutes, 40 questions, une seule bonne réponse par question. Pas de retour en arrière possible. Une fois démarré, le chrono ne s'arrête pas.

##### Obtenir le certificat
Les résultats sont disponibles 7 jours après la fin de la session sur votre compte ManagExam. En cas de réussite, votre certificat PDF vous est envoyé sous 15 jours.

En cas de réussite, l'INR vous envoie votre certificat en format PDF sous 15 jours, accompagné d'un lien internet avec un code certifiant votre succès.
En cas d'échec, vous bénéficiez automatiquement d'une seconde chance lors de la session suivante — sauf comportement disqualifiant.

#### Connexion à ManagExam
Après votre inscription, vous serez automatiquement inscrit à la session choisie. Quelques jours avant la session (ou la veille), ManagExam vous enverra un e-mail de connexion avec un mot de passe provisoire. Cliquez sur le lien reçu pour accéder à la plateforme.
Les résultats sont consultables 7 jours après la fin de la session directement sur votre compte ManagExam (pas d'e-mail de notification). Une barre verte indique la réussite, rouge l'échec.

#### How to obtain your certificate?

##### Complete the MOOC
Go through all the modules of the Sustainable IT MOOC and make sure you revise the content thoroughly before registering for a certification session.

##### Choose a session
Sessions take place during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of each month. One session = 15 days to take the exam whenever you like (24/7, even on Sundays!).

##### Register by email
Send your family name, first name and desired session month to training@institutnr.org before the end of the preceding month.

##### Receive ManagExam access
A few days before the session, you will receive a login email from ManagExam with a temporary password. Remember to check your spam folder!

##### Take the exam
40 minutes, 40 questions, one correct answer per question. No going back. Once started, the timer keeps running even if you close the window.

##### Receive your certificate
Results are available 7 days after the session ends on your ManagExam account. If you pass, your PDF certificate is sent within 15 days.

#### Required score and results
72.5%
Minimum score
i.e. 29 correct answers out of 40
If you pass, the ISIT will send your certificate in PDF format within 15 days, together with a link containing a code confirming your success.
If you fail, you automatically get a second chance during the next session — unless your behaviour has led to disqualification.

#### Technical requirements
- Computer with a working webcam (not compatible with Safari, tablets or smartphones)
- Stable internet connection
- Be alone in a private, closed room
- Show your surroundings via webcam before the exam starts
- Show that your mobile phone is switched off
- No documents allowed during the exam
- No dual screen
- No internet browsing during the session — any browser window opened will result in disqualification
- No exam in a public place without a closed office
- For corporate computers, check compatibility with your IT department beforehand
⚠️ The session recording is reviewed after the exam. Any behaviour that fails to comply with the instructions will result in disqualification and the inability to retake the exam.

#### ManagExam login
Once registered, you are automatically enrolled in your chosen session. A few days before the session (or the day before), ManagExam will send you a login email with a temporary password. Click the link and enter your password to access the platform. Make sure your webcam is working.
Results are available 7 days after the end of the session on your ManagExam account (no notification email is sent). A green bar means you passed; a red bar means you failed.

🇬🇧 Belangrijk — Examentaal: het kennisattest wordt uitsluitend in het Engels afgelegd, ongeacht de taal waarin je de MOOC hebt gevolgd. Een goed begrip van de Engelse vaktermen Duurzame IT is dus vereist om het examen succesvol af te leggen.
Na het volgen van de MOOC Duurzame IT kun je een kennisattest behalen — een online meerkeuzeexamen dat je beheersing van de fundamentele kennis van Duurzame IT bevestigt. Het examen wordt in het Engels afgelegd.

#### Hoe behaal je je certificaat?

##### Volg de MOOC
Doorloop alle modules van de MOOC Duurzame IT en zorg dat je de inhoud grondig herhaalt vóór je je inschrijft voor een certificeringssessie. Tip: bekijk ook de Engelstalige versie om je vertrouwd te maken met de terminologie van het examen.

##### Kies een sessie
Sessies vinden plaats tijdens de 2e en 3e week van elke maand. Eén sessie = 15 dagen om het examen af te leggen wanneer je wilt (24/7, ook op zondag!).

##### Schrijf je in per e-mail
Stuur je achternaam, voornaam en gewenste sessiemaand naar training@institutnr.org vóór het einde van de voorgaande maand.

##### Ontvang ManagExam-toegang
Enkele dagen vóór de sessie ontvang je een login-mail van ManagExam met een tijdelijk wachtwoord. Vergeet niet je spam te controleren!

##### Leg het examen af (in het Engels)
40 minuten, 40 vragen in het Engels, één juist antwoord per vraag. Niet terugkeren mogelijk. Eens gestart, loopt de tijd door, ook als je het venster sluit.

##### Ontvang je certificaat
Resultaten zijn 7 dagen na het einde van de sessie beschikbaar op je ManagExam-account. Bij slagen wordt je PDF-certificaat binnen 15 dagen verstuurd.

#### Vereiste score en resultaten
72,5%

Bij slagen stuurt ISIT je certificaat in PDF binnen 15 dagen, samen met een link met code die je succes bevestigt.
Bij niet slagen krijg je automatisch een tweede kans tijdens de volgende sessie — tenzij je gedrag tot diskwalificatie heeft geleid.

#### Technische vereisten
- Computer met werkende webcam (niet compatibel met Safari, tablets of smartphones)
- Stabiele internetverbinding
- Alleen in een afgesloten privéruimte
- Toon je omgeving via webcam vóór het examen begint
- Toon dat je mobiele telefoon is uitgeschakeld
- Geen documenten toegestaan tijdens het examen (ook geen woordenboek)
- Geen tweede scherm
- Geen internetgebruik tijdens de sessie — elk geopend browservenster leidt tot diskwalificatie
- Geen examen op openbare plaats zonder afgesloten kantoor
- Bij bedrijfscomputers: controleer compatibiliteit vooraf met je IT-afdeling
⚠️ De sessieopname wordt na het examen bekeken. Elk gedrag dat niet voldoet aan de instructies leidt tot diskwalificatie en de onmogelijkheid om het examen opnieuw af te leggen.

#### Inloggen op ManagExam
Eens ingeschreven word je automatisch toegevoegd aan de gekozen sessie. Enkele dagen vóór de sessie (of de dag ervoor) stuurt ManagExam je een login-mail met een tijdelijk wachtwoord. Klik op de link en voer je wachtwoord in om toegang te krijgen tot het platform. Zorg dat je webcam werkt.
Resultaten zijn beschikbaar 7 dagen na afloop van de sessie op je ManagExam-account (er wordt geen meldingsmail verzonden). Een groene balk betekent geslaagd; een rode balk betekent niet geslaagd.
